We are Canada based medical organization. We are looking for reputed service providers for our requirement of Outsourced Document Scanning Services for our organization. The estimated volume for scanning purpose is 6903839 pages on annual basis. We are looking to obtain centralized document scanning services.

Scope of services:

1. Offer 24/7 document scanning services including staffing to perform document preparation, scanning, indexing and release to the ECM system.
2. Automate where possible the indexing and metadata extraction to support back-office processes.
3. Provider needs to handle the following types of documents (scanned images in TIFF, JPEG, PDF, digitized voice messages, photo files, EKG, EEG, MRI, X-ray, CAT scans, DICOM, audio/video files, fetal monitor strips).
4. Provider needs to manage manual data entry on scanned documents.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Provider needs to make arrangement for the collection and distribution of the documents. Interested providers are requested to provide a brief profile of your organization and your qualifications and experience in implementing successful centralized document scanning services.
