We are USA (California) based organization. We are looking for qualified service providers (From USA Only) for our requirement of Document Scanning Services. The contract will be for 24 months and the estimated budget for this service is up to 99000USD. The estimated volume of scanning is 15000 documents. The entire paper file must be converted in electronic format.
Scope of services:
- The provider will supply the scanned images in PDF and TIFF file format on DVD`s at the regular interval.
- The files are to be scanned at 300 dpi.
- The records will be delivered to the provider in the boxes at regular intervals.
The facility where scanning and conversion take place must be located within 50 miles of Sacramento CA. Interested providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 15th October, 2008 by 3:00PM. For more details have a look on attachment.
