We are India based company and we are looking for experienced and qualified service provider (From India Only) for our requirement of Digitization of Various Documents & Web-based Document Management System. We Have approximately 35 - 45 million scripts, 0.1 - 0.3 million Photographs and 9 - 14 million Microfilms and micro fiches which needs to be digitized.
Scope of Work:
- Service provider will digitize all the documents and integrate them with Document Management System.
- Provide scanning and digitization of the archival material.
- Automatic generation of metadata and indexing of the materials digitized will be done.
- Provide a solution for Integrated Data Document Management System, maintain it, add new content, edit and refine existing content in it.
- Provide training to our staff to run the web based solution.
We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 31st March, 2009 at 15:00 hours via post, courier and hand delivered only. Earnest Money Deposit of 100000 INR will be paid inform of Demand Draft. This tender is onshore and onsite. Fo more information please have a look on attachment.
