Description :

We are India based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Document Digitization Services. The service provider will provide digitization services of Geological, Mine, Seam, Borehole logs & plans of various sizes. Provider will create web enabled documents.
Scope of services:

1. Approximately 300 maps of various sizes, starting from A0 to A4 with majority in A0 size are required to be captured in magnetic media on AutoCAD & GIS compatible formats by scanning, rubber sheeting, vectorization, topology with each attribute posted in corresponding layers.
2. All plans are required to scan in to TIFF or Bitmap and to be converted into Raster images.
3. Approximately 1000 pages of text and 300 nos of plans are to be converted into HTML formats and hyper-linked as per specified design to form off-line web enabled document which can be browsed from supplied standard CDs.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 12th June, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is onshore and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more details have a look on attachment.
