We are UK based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From UK Only) for our requirement of Document Scanning Services. Service provider needs to provide services for scanning and indexing of our records. Contract will be for 5 years and extendable upto 3 more years depends upon performance.
Scope of Service:
A) Service provider needs to provide services in the area of Scanning, Indexing of Documents, Secured Web Hosting of Scanned Documents.
B) Service provider must keep all the softcopies of documents secured and avail that to us on demand.
C) Service provider needs to host and maintain all the documents on our website securely.
D) Service provider needs to work in the areas of scanning, indexing, auditing, web hosting, digitization transcription, inventory management and marketing services
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before 12:00 Hrs on August 19, 2009 via post, currier or hand delivery only. Last date to request for document is August 17, 2009 by 12:00 Hrs. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our locations for meetings and briefings purposes.
