We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Form Filling Service for Vehicles. Approximate yearly volume will be 640000 forms per year. Contract will be for 1 Year and extendable for 2 more years depends upon performance.
A) Volume of the Work :
Approximate volume of the work will be 640000 forms. Service provider needs to provide Data Entry Service in accordance our specification. Each form will be worth 1 page and A4 size.
B) Document Pick-up and Drop:
Service provider needs to pick-up document from our office and sent us to back on our office after completion of work.
C) Turn Around Time:
1 to 1999 forms - 2 Days
2000 to 2999 forms - 3 days
3000 to 3999 forms – 4 days
4000 to 4999 forms – 5 days
5000 to 5999 forms – 6 days
6000 to 6999 forms – 7 days
- An additional 24 hours for every one thousand application forms
We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before 13:00 Hrs by August 26, 2009 via post, currier or hand delivery only. This tender is Global and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our locations for meetings and briefings purposes.
