We are India based government organization. We are looking for data entry providers (From India Only) for our requirement of data entry of Birht & Death records. The estimated entry of birth records is 21,00,000 & death records is 7,00,000. Provider needs to create the database for Birth & Death Record of citizens of the city registered between 1st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1995. The work would be done onsite or offsite will be considered on negotiation.
Interested providers are requested to send their proposals on or before 23rd June, 2008 by 11:00 am at our office. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18th June, 2008 by 11:00 am at given address. Interested providers are encouraged to attend the meeting. For more details have a look on attachment. EMD (Refundable) is required. The cost of the tender document is only 1000INR.
