We are India based government organization. We are looking for service providers (From India Only) for our requirement of Scanning & Processing of Application Forms. We have estimated 4,00,000 forms for scanning and processing. The contract will be for 1yr. The payment will be on invoice basis.

Scope of work:

1. Collection of Application forms from our offices.
2. Scanning and Processing of Application Forms
3. Validation of data
4. Generation of certificates, sheets and summary reports
5. Delivery of Printed Reports to the designated locations
6. Prepare all data on CDs
   

Interested providers are requested to apply on or before 25th June, 2008 by 15:00 hr. The cost of the tender document is only 1000 INR. For more details have a look on attachment.
