We are USA based organization. We are looking for reputed firms (From USA Only) for our requirement of Document Scanning and Storing. We are looking to engage in a project with a provider to scan and store all of our paper files to an electronic database. There are at least three and possibly five distinct locations where scanning and indexing of documents as well as viewing of documents needs to occur: Currently there are approx 3400 files containing an average of 30 pages per file. There are up to 3 distinct files per person. The successful provider will provide a comprehensive solution which includes the ability for scan and index all current and future documents.
Interested providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 5th September, 2008 at given address.
