Description :

We are India (Srinagar) based organization. We are looking for experienced and qualified service provider (From INDIA Only) for our requirement of Scanning of Application Forms and uploading the scanned data in the software. Our estimated budget for this requirement is 1500000INR. We have approximately 1000000 (Ten Lakh) Pages to scan.

Scope of services:

1. The service provider should have the required infrastructure having capability to scan 15000 pages in one day.
2. The contractor has to scan the available Application Forms and upload the scanned data in Software.
   

We will issue a purchase order and payment will be made on the completion of purchase order. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before December 26th, 2008 by 15:00 via fax, courier or hand delivered only. This Tender is onshore and offsite. EMD (Refundable) of 37500INR is required. For further information please have a look on attachment.
