We are Bihar,India based organization, inviting tenders from qualified and experienced service provider (From India Only) for Digitization, Scanning and Lamination of Drawings. The duration of contract shall be 12 months reckoned from the date of handover of site. Our Estimated budget for this work is 1210500 INR.
Scope of Work:

1. Service Provider shall digitize available old tracings/ hand sketched drawings as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and submit one print on hard copy for checking. After approval of the same from concerned officer / Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), the final print on hard copy as well as tracing paper shall be submitted.
2. Service Provider shall carry out the laminations of the existing drawings in coordination with Electrical testing and submit them in spirally bonded files.
3. Scanning of drawings and documents shall be carried out as follows:
   a) Visit to collect the original drawings and documents from site as per requirement and instruction of EIC.
   b) Scanning of all the documents in PDF format.
   c) Only one PDF file shall be generated for each document folder/manual and shall be named as per original document.
   d) Pages in PDF files must appear in order of their occurrence in physical document folder/manual.
   e) All the chapters & their sub-chapters of every document folder / manual must be bookmarked, as in the index of the physical document folder/manual.
   f) Bookmarks to be hyperlinked to their respective page numbers in soft copy of every document folder/manual, to enable the user to directly reach the desired chapter/sub-chapter by merely clicking on the bookmark.
   g) Return of all the original documents within short time as per instruction of EIC.
   h) Regular coordination with our nominated engineers.
   i) Supply of two sets of soft copies (in CDs).
4. The job shall include supply of all labour, consumables, tools, cartridge tape, equipments etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5. Set-up of working Station at site:
   a) Depute at least 2 nos. skilled operators at workstation.
   b) Provide two nos. computers with necessary softwares.
   c) Sufficient nos. of scanners (at least two) according to quantum of job.
   d) Necessary unfurnished office equipment to complete the above work.

We have a Records Department responsible for creating, care, storage, archiving and retrieval of records. It currently holds an approximate of 280,000 Medical Records Charts. Each chart consists of an average of 40 pages. Initially the contract will be for the stated lots of works, we may retain the service providers for a period of 4 years.
Scope of Services:
1) Volume: Initially we will require 125,000 charts microfilmed and 60,000 charts scanned.
2) Microfilming must be carried out in line with best industrial standards.
3) Service Provider should note that the requirement for scanning will also include provision of a system or facility (i.e. web based etc) whereby we can retrieve the images in an efficient manner.
4) Additionally we will require the provision of an ongoing scanning service of estimated 30,000-40,000 charts per annum. We may also require an ongoing microfilming service on an as required basis.
5) It must be noted that Service Provider can apply for either of the services or for both the services.

We are India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider (Only from India) for providing Data Entry services, operators on contract basis for day-to-day official work for contract of 1 year.

1. The Agency’s workers will work under the overall supervision and direction of the authorized Officer of the Department.
2. Agency’s need to submit all the Details of the number of person required for service along with their educational/skill qualification/job profile
3. Work need to be perform in Delhi.
4. Agency’s need to submit the tender within the given format and information (Check attachment)
5. Our payment will be on monthly basis.
   

We are looking for best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before 15:00 Hrs on August 20, 2009 and can submit their tender forms manually or by registered post only. EMD is required of 5000 INR Only. This tender is onshore and onsite.

Scope of Service:
A) There will be 21 fields per record. Please have a look at sample image in attachment for more information.
B) Approximate volume of the work will be up to 300000 records needs to be computerized via Data Entry.
C) We may hire more than 1 service provider for our requirement. Each selected service provider must full fill the requirement of computerizing 100000 forms by Data Entry.
D) Work must be completed within 4 months. Deadline to deliver work is November 30, 2009.
E) This work is offline. Internet is not required to carry the work. Data Entry must be completed in Ms Access 2000.
F) Forms must be transported securely, stored securely and return back to us securely after the completion of work. Service provider needs to collect document from our premises.
