Scope of work:

1. Scanning and Processing of Answer Sheets
2. Validation of data
3. Generation of certificates, sheets and summary reports
4. Printing of Interview Letters or other related reports on Laser Printer
5. Prepare all data on CDs

We are an agency of approximately 1,500 employees based in USA. We are looking for qualified providers (From USA Only) to provide scanning services for documents. Contract will be for 1year.

Scope of Work:

1. Pick-up and delivery of documents to be imaged and scanned at least one time per week.
2. Imaging and scanning of documents in a timely manner.
3. Pick up boxed documents daily from one of the three locations and transport them to a secure location maintained by provider to be scanned.
4. Document preparation to include separation of documents from folders, removal of staples, paperclips and removal of select document types defined as unnecessary (e.g. post-it notes, envelopes, screen prints).
5. Auto-feed document scanning to be utilized whenever possible. Flatbed scanning of difficult/torn/damaged documents not suitable for auto-feed to be used in other instances.
6. Successfully scanned documents are to be securely transported to an off-site storage facility yet to be identified.
7. Update file-tracking system to reflect that a document file has been successfully imaged.
