We are India, Maharashtra based Company and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From India only) for our requirement of Scanning and Digitization Services for Drawings and Plans. We have approximately 500 Drawings per annum which need to be scanned and digitized. Our estimate budget for this work is 1200000 INR and contract duration is 2 Years.
Scope of Services:

1. Scan and digitize plan and drawings varying from A4 to A0 sizes and print shall be in B & W.
2. Scanned images will be stored in TIF image document and will be transferred to us on a CD.
3. Collect plans and drawings from our office and returned it back after completion of the work.
4. Service provider will be responsible for any damages occur to plans and drawings while transferring.
   

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before April 22nd, 2009 by 3.00 P.M. via post, courier and hand delivered only.
Cost of tender document will be 1000 INR and Earnest Money Deposit will be 24000 INR will be paid in form of Demand Draft. Security deposit will be 10% of the total value of tender.
