Scope of services:

2. This work is to be carried out in the first and second shift and if required on Sundays and holidays also.
3. The work will be done at our premises.
4. Providers must have the data entry operators with good typing skills.
5. Data must be entered error free.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 1st May, 2009 by 2:00 pm via post, courier or hand delivered only. 1. Pay attention to the headline of all job leads. If a job lead states that you can make X amount of dollars in a short time (especially if it's a huge amount), then it is most likely a scam.
2. Take notice if the job lead site has a contact email or telephone number. Most legitimate work at home companies has a real working phone number.
3. Check to see how long a company has been in existence. Usually, a legitimate telecommute company has been online for quite a long time.
4. Make sure the work at home site is not a free hosted site. If the site offering the opportunity/job, is hosted for free, it is most likely a scam.
5. Always research any type of job before applying. You can research a company at the site below: search.bbb.org
   

Or, you can do a search on a particular company by typing in the name of the company and the word "scam" in your favorite search engine.

A "real job" is when YOU work for an employer/company, and are not charged any registration or start-up fees.

We are USA based organization. We are looking for a experienced and qualified service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Document Scanning and Indexing. We have approximately 543000 documents for scanning. Digital format of imaged documents shall be multipage TIFF (tagged image file format) or PDF (portable document format). We are looking to complete this work before August 1, 2009.
Scope of work:

1. Scan resolution shall be 300dpi.
2. Scanned image should be in color when the original document is in color and 256 level grayscale for all other documents.
3. A new TIFF or PDF file shall be generated for every set of documents. A set is defined by records that are individual or combined by a binding material such as a staple, paperclip or other binding mechanism.
4. Indexes shall be submitted in XML format.
5. All indexes and images shall be delivered to us on DVD.
6. Detailed quality control and quality assurance procedures.
