We are a UK based contracting authority invites tenders for a visual data capture electronically, recording approximate age of existing components, life expectancy and replacement data of component working to and within the guidelines of us. The data captured to be taken with an online conditional surveys of existing housing stock incorporating internal and external survey of components. External components include chimneys, roof coverings, fabric (wall finish, pointing, lintols etc.), windows, doors, footpaths and boundary treatments.Internel components include bathrooms, kitchens, gas fired appliance, electric installations and loft insulation. The total quantity of the work will be 17400 stock to be surveyed which would be divided into 4 lots and the tenders should be submitted can be for one or more lots.The whole tender work will be of 2years.
