The estimated budget for this work is up to 2000000 INR (20 Lakhs). The period of the contract will be 12 months. The provider should have at least 2 qualified programmers and 10 data entry operators on roll. Provider will receive the data on daily basis and needs to enter that data in computer. Provider will deliver the data on Floppy Disks or CD ROM on the very next business day.

Scope of Services:

1. Data entry of billing in accounting system.
2. Data entry is required to be made using Dbase, Foxpro, Clipper or any other advance language.
3. Provider will be responsible to keep/ maintain records of data enter works carried out, get such reports signed by the authorized officer.
4. Data entry work will require to be carried out in-house in stand-alone PCs or in Off-line or On-line System.
