We are an Indian Based contracting authority seeking providers for the data Entry of account particulars of various types of accounts of the contracting authority and subsequent transactions of such accounts. The start date and time for sale of tender documents is 5/10/2007and the last date for sale of tender documents as otherwise can can fill up the tender form as given in the attachment. The last date of receiving tender Quotation is 18/10/2007.

Note:

1. Tender should be dispatched through Registered post / Speed Post
   
2. The firm should pay earnest money deposit for Rs.1000/- by crediting in the contacting Authority office and enclose the receipt to the tender form without fail.
   
3. The firm which undertakes the data entry work has to tender a security deposit Rs.25000/- in the form of a bank Guarantee

Before applying for the tender do go through the terms and conditions as specified in the Attachments.

The terms of payment will be as under:-

a. First 90% on completion of the work and handing over all the work containing the data to the designated authority and producing the bills.
b. Balance 10% on verification of the data by the department of the post wills totality and correctness.
