We are Ireland based contract Authority wish to appoint a Direct Marketing agency to create a strategic US Direct Marketing campaign, to include planning, execution and analysis, to promote the island of Ireland as a key vacation Destination.

We wish to appoint a Vendor to provide a full spectrum of Direct Marketing Activity (both on and offline) for our US office. The appointment will be made by a process of competitive Tender.

We seek to promote and encourage US visitors to avail of the many vacation opportunities available in Ireland. Direct Marketing is a key marketing tool to promote to both consumer audiences and business prospects (i.e. conference & incentive product). To this end, we seek a full range of Direct Marketing services to highlight the variety & diversity of activities, experiences, accessibility and suitability of the island of Ireland as the preferred vacation destination.

We wish to appoint a supplier to provide a full direct marketing service, both on and offline, for use in direct marketing activity. To generate interest and uptake in Ireland visits the successful Tenderer will manage a mix of:

1. Direct mail
   
2. Email marketing
   
3. List purchase and management

The Development of Direct Marketing Campaign strategy is to include planning, execution & analysis.

It is required that work will commence on this project after 21 January 2008 with a view to releasing the first campaign in March. The tenderer, as part of their tender submission, will be required to provide evidence of their overall ability to produce and deliver the scope of this contract in the given time frame.

NUMBER OF COPIES TO BE SUBMITTED:

Please return the signed original plus four copies [five hard copies in total]. In addition, one copy is required on CD or floppy disk. Submissions received by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Failure to comply with the above will result in instant disqualification.
