Description :
We are UK based contract authority seeks offers for the provision of services to support the registration and administration of individuals and organizations engaged in providing social care services in the UK. The services will be provided from the successful supplier\'s own premises. The services may include:
- Handling enquiries and requests made to the organization via telephone, text phone, short message service (SMS) text, e-mail, internet, fax and white mail channels.
- Providing services over additional channels as required by organization when future technology becomes available
- Providing fulfillment services such as dispatching application forms, enclosures or personalized letters and certificates.
- Providing collaborative electronic application completion over the telephone
- Updating an in-house registration database.
- Processing transactions and supporting user organizations for the validation of certificates, applications and qualifications.
- Processing financial transactions.
- Conducting customer surveys.
- Maintaining records of contacts and providing management information in accordance with defined procedures
- Conducting analysis of customer experience, effectiveness of service and customer service process
- Support to organization to develop processes and forms for registrations
- The Successful supplier may also handle communications in other languages besides English. The organization therefore requires a multi-lingual capability. Initially, the only other language required is Welsh.
A. The successful suppliers will also, if required by organization, extend the services to support the growing quantity of registered, registering and re-registering users as the legal requirement to register expands.
B. The successful bidders would become framework suppliers who would be invited to tender for registration support services as each requirement became current.
C. The successful suppliers would be expected to work closely with the organization\'s core staff in order to provide the appropriate level of customer service and carry out an appropriate level of delegated decision making, using the organization\'s systems and protocols.
D. The successful suppliers may be required to undergo supervision and training from the organization staff and share knowledge directly related to providing the services. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to include some (or part) of the elements in any contract which may be awarded.
