A U.K based contracting authority is seeking tenders to produce a regular publication as a key part of its communications strategy. The communications objective is to keep readers in public and private sector informed on the work and role of the contracting authority, on developments in worldwide exports credits markets and exporting. The authority is seeking to identify potential suppliers who have proven experience and expertise in providing commercial publishing solutions for such a publication which will appear a number of times per year in print and electronic formats. The publication will include advertisements and should generate enough revenue to fund all the supplier\'s production costs and permit a revenue sharing arrangement with the authority.The supplier will be responsible for the complete management of the end-to-end production process in both print and electronic formats including: research, commissioning, copy writing, editing, proof reading, design, layout, photography, printing, packing and distribution; CMS hosting and management, CRM database hosting and management; marketing (print and electronic), selling of advertising space and the collection of revenue. This list does not preclude the need for other related services, which might arise to produce this publication.The chosen supplier must be able to develop and implement a marketing strategy to grow the audience, market share and revenue receipts. Monitoring and evaluation of the production cycle and of readership feedback to generate continual improvement will be important. Particular emphasis will be given to the longer-term development of the journal in line with the authority communications strategy. Advertising and marketing services. Printing, publishing and related services. Publishing services. Electronic information services.The duration of the contract will be of 5years.
