Data Entry Tender From India

We are India based contracting authority. We invite proposals from reputed and established data entry firms for data inputting job for a period of one year. The operators should have good experience of working on Computers and Laptops. Payment will be made on monthly basis. Confidentiality of data should be ensured by the data entry operators. We need quotes on Per Page basis. You can download the quoting table from here.

Please Note:

1. The successful Provider should have to furnish an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) towards security deposit within 15 days of issue of work award letter to safeguard the performance of the contract during the year. The security will be released only after the expiry of the contract.
   
   
2. Earnest money of Rs.4,000/- in shape of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of us must be deposited along with the tender. The earnest money so deposited shall not earn any interest. Tenders without earnest money will be summarily rejected.
   
   
3. No e-mails will be entertained.
   

Last date for receipt of tender documents in 5th December, 2007.So interested suppliers are requested to send their sealed tender to the registered tender box address given in the tender document.
