We are USA based organization looking for service providers (From USA Only) for our requirement of Scanning & Electronic Imaging Services. We want to convert paper based documents, photographs and microfilm/microfiche into digital images and to create an index of all imaged documents.

Scope of Services:

1. Scanning work will be performed at provider`s location or onsite at our location.
2. Scanning resolution (200dpi, 300dpi, etc..)
3. Scanning format ( TIFF, PDF, etc..)
4. Gather all documents for scanning.
5. Scan all documents to digital imaging at sufficient resolutions.
6. Media Creation
   

Payment terms are negotiable. A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 10, 2008 by 10:00 to 11:00 am. Interested providers can participate in this conference via telephone. Due date of this tender is 17th June, 2008. Providers can submit their proposals by e-mail. For more details have a look on attachment.
