The work will be for 10yrs. Estimated volumes for digitization are expected to be in the order of 25 to 30 million images (pages) over the life of the contract.

- Collection of paper documents from our existing libraries, scanning and loading into an Electronic Document Management system.
- Secure destruction of paper records once successfully loaded into the EDM system.
- Paper records will be securely destroyed after digitization.
- A copy of the original digitized record will be written to WORM media for archiving purposes.
