We are United Kingdom based organization. We are looking for providers for our requirement of Data Entry Services. We are looking for a provider to provide a document scanning service for medical records. The service will include weekly scanning of notes, bulk scanning of existing archives and secure storage, retrieval and destruction as required. Estimated volume of scanning is 1040 sets of notes on weekly basis. However, there may be a number of projects where bulk scanning is required which could be from approximately 30000 up to 100000 sets of notes. The successful provider will take the full amount of notes, hold them securely but with the ability to retrieve them until they are scanned and returned to us electronically. Cope with a number of different note types where they will prepare and scan to a high standard and to the IT Specification for the uploading of images into our system. Images to be provided to us either by CD or via FTP for uploading.
Payment terms are negotiable. Provider needs to make an arrangement of collection of the documents.
