WWe are India based government organization. We are looking for reputed and experienced service providers (From India Only) for our requirement of Scanning of Documents & Document Management Software for retrieving and editing the scanned/digitized, indexed documents. The estimated cost of this work is approximately 1200000 INR. Approximately 1085200 pages for digitization. The work must be completed within six months.

Scope of services:

1. Scanning/digitization and indexing of service records and personal files.
2. Supply all the records in electronic format such as CD, DVD etc..
3. Installing of retrieving and editing software for the scanned/digitized, indexed documents in our department.
   

Interested service providers are requested to send their detailed proposal on or before 28th August, 2008 by 14:00 hrs. The cost of the tender document is only 2000 INR. EMD (Refundable) is requirement. For more details have a look on attachments. No E-mails will be entertained.
