WWe are UK based organization. We are looking for a suitable and qualified service provider for our requirement of Electronic Data Capture Services. The work will include electronic capture of land charges, planning enforcement and building control records. The capture will also include scanning of paper records, digital capture of microfiche and microfilm records, capture of polygons from the GIS System and the capture of associated text, metadata etc. The volume for GIS capture will be approximately 100000 polygons and the volume for text capture will be approximately 42000 records. The volume for scanning will be in excess of 500000 documents. The estimated budget of these services is 150000GBP to 250000GBP. The contract will be for 12 months.
Interested providers are requested to send their details on or before 6th November, 2008 by 12:00 noon. A performance bond or parent company guarantee may be required. For more details have a look on attachment.
