We are USA based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced firms (From USA Only) for our requirement of Back file Conversion in Digital Format. We have recently implemented a state-of-the-art imaging and document management system for our records. We have approximately 100000 documents. We want to convert these documents in digital image like TIFF & JPG. The initial contract period will be for 6 months and can be extended.
Scope of services:
- Convert all the documents in to TIFF or JPG.
- The work must be completed on or before 30th June, 2009.
- Provider must consider the parameters of security of documents.
- All documents will be scanned to a format compatible with FileNet document imaging software. For all black and white images this shall be 200 dpi CCITT Group IV TIFF image file.
- Provider shall provide data entry services to create an index in our system.
- All pricing shall be expressed as a price per image cost.
- All documents will be picked up and delivered from our office in normal business hours.
Payment will be on monthly basis. Interested providers are requested to send thier proposal on or before 27th January, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is onshore & offsite. Please have a look on attached document before purchasing.
