We are USA based organization. We are looking for experienced and capable service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Data Entry Services. We have approximately 8000 survey booklets for data entry. Provider needs to do data entry of these survey records.
Scope of service:
- Survey booklet is 7" x 8.5", with 20 pages and 87 questions.
- Provider shall pick up all hard copies of surveys for data entry as from our staff and return it after data entry in given time line.
- Documentation of fixing data entry errors.
- All the work must be done error free and in the given time line.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 5th January, 2009 by 12:00 pm via courier, post or hand delivered at the given address only. This tender is onshore and offsite. For more details have a look on attachment.
