Description :

We are India, Maharashtra based organization and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From India only) for Data Entry work in software. The Software will be provided by us to install in service provider’s computers. Data Entry will be done for approximately 290558 accounts and 1, 25, 24,220 transactions. The Estimated budget is 10, 00,000 INR. The contract duration is of 3 Months with optional renewal.
Scope of Work:

1. Installation of our Software in PCs of the service provider to be established at our premises for which the system requires Processor Pentium II or higher, min 64 MB RAM, Screen resolution 800X600, Line Printer for generation of reports and Windows 2000 or higher versions & SQL Server 7.0 or higher versions.
2. The service provider shall ensure that proper Anti-virus software is loaded in all the system deployed.
3. The service provider shall not use any pirated software for any of its operation under any circumstances.
4. The service provider will take care that no changes will be done in software provided by us and the data operator should be well versed in computer applications.
5. After completion of the work, copying of entire data of each Office in DVD CD as back up media apart from generating a hard copy.
   

Payment will be done as per agreed milestones. Interested service provider are requested to send their proposal along with tender document prize of 50 INR on or before February 10th, 2009 at 3:00 PM via courier and hand delivered only. The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) will be 20,000 INR. This tender is onsite. For more information please have a look on attachments.
