We are Madhya Pradesh, India based Telecom organization and we are looking for experienced (Only from India) and highly qualified service providers for our requirement of Data Feeding in our billing and accounting system for the documents like vouchers, coupons, bills and applications etc. Estimated entries to be made by the service provider are 2,12,3004 in estimated budget of 4, 50,000 INR. The contract duration is of 1 year.
Scope of work:
- The data feeding in Vouchers will be done as per Post office and banks monthly schedule by the service provider.
- The service provider will feed some of the data offline and some data will be transferred online as and when required.
- The service provider must be able to feed data in Oracle and Fox pro based systems.
- The service provider will also do preparation of various records and records in MS exel and MS word and provide us when required.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service provider are requested to send their proposal on or before January 28th, 2009 01:00 PM by courier and hand delivered only. The service provider will have to attach Demand Draft of 563 INR in order to purchase tender documents. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) will be 11,250 INR. This tender is onsite.
