We are India(Uttaranchal) based organization and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers for our requirement of Data Inputting in computer in English and Hindi languages. Our estimated budget for this requirement is 10,00,000 INR and approximately 15-20 computers are required. Contract duration is of 1 year.
Scope of Work:
- The data inputting is to be done on various application software packages such as MS Office (Windows 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98, XP) office 97 similar packages including Hindi packages, and other packages, which come into use in future.
- All data/files/records will always remain accessible to the controlling officers.
- The material to be inputted may be given orally or typed or handwritten form.
- The services providers have to provide services on each working day on every computer.
- Our company will provide the equipment and necessary stationery etc. for the required work.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal along with tender document before January 17, 2009 by courier and hand delivered only. Tender documents price is 562 INR and Security Deposit (Performance Security) will be 10% of the actual cost of the Tender after finalization of the Tender and the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) will be 20,000 INR.
