Description :

We are UK based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Processing of Data Files. The contract will be for 3 Years starting from 1st April, 2009 to 30th April, 2012. Approximately 500 data files will be provided for data processing.
Scope of services:

1. Receiving, processing and transmitting large data files.
2. Receipt of data files electronically and the creation of CD and DVD of data files.
3. The service provider would also be required to provide a hosted service to store by use of FTP or similar technology over the Internet. This distribution method must be secure and reliable.
4. The data master copies will be provided monthly via the Data Interchange facility on the Monday following the third Friday of each month to the service provider.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their express of interest on or before 19th February, 2009 by 15:00 via e-mail only. This tender is global and offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more details have a look on attachment.
