WWe are Canada based organization. We are looking for service provider for our requirement of Data Conversion Services. We have approximately 24,60,000 microfilm images and 10,000 hard copy images. The service provider will convert this images data to PDF electronic file format. All work to be completed by 31 March 2009.
Scope of services:
- The microfilm and hard copy records are scanned into single page PDF format at 200 DPI or 200DPI or better.
- The PDF images are to be uniquely named sequentially.
- The PDF images are passed through an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) forms recognition process.
- Index information from each page must capture the Name, Serial #, Certificate # and Date of Birth.
- All deliverables are to be provided in electronic format by being burned onto DVD’s.
Providers are requested to provide their rates in Canadian Dollars only. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before February 22nd 2009 by 2:00 PM via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite.
