Description :

We are Australia based contracting authority and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers for our requirement of Destruction & Recycling of Documents and Computer Stored Data. Service will be provided for all our sites in Australia. The contract duration is 3 Years.
Scope of work:

1. The service provider will provide security during the pick-up and destruction of classified material by ASIO T4 Protective Security (T4).
2. Destruction of Classified Matter and Material will be provided externally by the service provider.
3. The service provider will provide destruction for Classified Waste and Classified Computer Storage Media.
4. Service provider will have to collect the material from our sites.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before March 16th, 2009 by 2.00pm AEDT via post, courier and hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Service provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For further information please have a look on attachment.
