We are India, Gujarat based organization and we are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From India only) for our requirement of Scanning and Conversion of Records. Mainly documents are having size of A4. Approximately 15, 00,000 records needs to be Scanned and Conversed. The contract duration is of 6 Months.
Scope of work:
- The service provider has to develop scanning software for Addition, Insertion, Updation, Archival and Retrieval of scanned document as per data structure/interface requirement.
- Along with the Document scanning service provider will have to provide Cleaning and Image quality check, Meta Data Entry, Meta Data must store Image in .tiff format, Meta Data QC and .tiff to PDF conversion.
- The service provider will take care that scanned image must have minimum 300 dpi resolution and Information displayed on image must not get erased during cleaning of scanned images.
- Converted PDF documents should be written on DVDs and USB hard disks/Cartridge base removable Hard disk by the service provider.
- All the records will be provided by us and will be sole property of us and must be returned to us without any damages after completion of work.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before February 17th, 2009 before 15:00 hours via post, courier and hand delivered only. The bid processing fee of 1000 INR and EMD (Refundable) of 25,000 INR will be required. This tender is onshore and onsite. For more information please have a look on attachment.
