We are USA based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Data Entry, Validation & Scanning services. We have several type of forms and applications which are required Data entry, Validation & Scanning services. The contract will be for a period of 24 months with the option to renew for two additional terms of 24 month periods. The volume of records is given below.

Scope of services:

1. First level quality control review for not complete records prior to scanning. (Approximately 2400000 Records).
2. Scanning of the records and convert into images. (Approximately 2400000 Records).
3. Second level of quality control of all scanned images.
4. Second level of quality control, data entry and third level quality control of all fields. (Approximately 2400000 Records).
5. Data entry of records received from us in provided application. (Approximately 1440000 Records).
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 27th April, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is onshore and offsite. Provider may have to provide performance bond. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings. For more details have a look on attachment.
