Description :

We are India based company. We are looking for experienced and qualified service providers (From India Only) for our requirement of Scanning of Forms and Records & Records Management Software Solution. Approximately 3,50,000 pages needs to be scanned. Our estimate budget is 2,00,000 INR. The contract duration is 1 Year.
Scope of work:
A.) Scanning Service:

1. Service provider will scan application forms of different types and sizes (mainly A4 or Legal Size paper).
2. Service provider will scan all the documents in B & W / colour mode and minimum resolution of 200 dpi may go up to 600 dpi.
3. Scanned images must be stored in TIFF, BMP and JPEG format only.
4. Scanned Image quality control has to be done on the parameters like brightness, contrast, gamma, rotation etc.
   

B.) Record Management software

1. The Record Management software should be compatible with MS Windows and Server Client Architecture.
2. Software application must be having security features like read only, Write, Edit, Copy, Print, Delete and Distribute etc.
3. It should be able to search Images by name, by date, by number, Boolean search, fuzzy Logic, Cabinet, Folder, Phrase Stamp, Note File, CD volume etc.
4. The application should support search and Viewing of images on the Internet via username & password feature.
5. The software application should be able to scan, record and upload from any of the client machines to the centralized server over the existing network.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on before March 17th, 2009 by 1500 hrs via post, Courier and hand delivered only. Earnest Money Deposit of 10,000 INR and tender document fee of 520 INR will be paid in form of DD. Security Deposit will be 10% of total tender value. This tender onshore and onsite.
