Description :

We are USA (Baltimore) based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Data Entry Services. We have several vital records on paper format. Provider will enter all data in to the computer and deliver us on CD. Approximately 150000 documents will be provided for data entry. Provider must have minimum 25 data entry operators. Contract term is from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2012.
Scope of Data Entry Services:

1. Provider will enter all data in to the computer and return us on CD.
2. We need 99% accuracy.
3. Provider will verify all the data before hand over to us.
4. Provider will arrange pick up & delivery of documents. Pickup and delivery times shall be between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., on each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from our office.
5. Provider must have office in the radius of 250 miles from our location.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. local time via post, courier or hand delivered only.
