Description :

We are USA based organization. We are looking for a experienced and qualified service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Document Scanning and Indexing. We have approximately 543000 documents for scanning. Digital format of imaged documents shall be multipage TIFF (tagged image file format) or PDF (portable document format). We are looking to complete this work before August 1, 2009.
Scope of work:

1. Scan resolution shall be 300dpi.
2. Scanned image should be in color when the original document is in color and 256 level grayscale for all other documents.
3. A new TIFF or PDF file shall be generated for every set of documents. A set is defined by records that are individual or combined by a binding material such as a staple, paperclip or other binding mechanism.
4. Indexes shall be submitted in XML format.
5. All indexes and images shall be delivered to us on DVD.
6. Detailed quality control and quality assurance procedures.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposals on or before 5:00 pm on Friday April 17, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is onshore and offsite. For more details have a look on attachment.
