We are Ireland based organization. We are looking for capable and experienced service provider for our requirement of Document Management Services. This service, include: Document Scanning, Microfilming, Storage, Retrieval & Destruction Service. We have approximately 269500 A4 size & 5500 A5 size documents for scanning, 5430000 A4 size documents for microfilming, 1027 records for storage and 1500 boxes for records for destruction.

Scope of services:

1. Scan paper based documents in to electronic format.
2. The provider will be responsible for direct document collection from us.
3. The provider will be expected to provide a service that is fully traceable, accessible, secure and confidential.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 13th May, 2009 by 12:00 noon via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. For more details have a look on attachment. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
