Description :

We are USA based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Document Imaging and Storing Services. We have some vital records (Approximately 400000) which we are looking to digitize and to store them in our electronic document management system. The whole project must be completed by December 15, 2009.
Scope of services:

1. Convert all the documents in multi-page TIFF scanned at 300 x 300 dpi on DVD ready for inclusion into the existing Laserfiche document management system including existing nested folder structure by us and document type and document template fields.
2. Documents may consist of letter, legal and other sizes, maybe stapled or paper clipped.
3. Images shall be prepared to also permit full text search using optical character recognition (OCR).
4. Pickup and delivery of documents to be imaged.
5. Documents to be imaged shall be returned to us within 60 days of pickup.
6. The whole project must be completed by December 15, 2009.
   

Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before May 29, 2009 by 4:30 pm via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is global and offsite. Interested service providers can visit (optional) our location to view the documents on May 6, 2009 by 1:30 pm. For more details have a look on attachment.
