We are USA based organization. We are looking for service provider for our requirement of Mailing Database Development & Management Services.
Scope of Work:
a) Provide list creation and database management with specific demographics.
b) List Creation and Management Specifications
c) File Processing and Conversion
d) Formatting
e) Editing
f) Outputting files
g) The type of list research and market research.
h) Rate cards including usage.
i) List plan that includes recommendations and quantities.
j) List clearances for HCC ownership.
k) Following through on delivery of list to data processing representatives.
l) Net name arrangements where applicable.
m) Divide service area list into six (6) separate lists for the service areas of five (5) regional and one (1) specialized college.
n) Coding Accuracy Support System (“CASS”) Certification to assign carrier route.
o) Presort Accuracy Validation and Evaluation (technical evaluations, US Postal Service) (“PAVE”) Certified Software.
p) USPS Postal Numeric Encoding Technique (POSTNET) to bar code ZIP codes, ZIP+4 codes and DPBC “Delivery Point Bar Code).
q) Address Standardization to correct or filter out bad address records.
r) An “OCR A” (Optical Character Reader – Font A) laser font, handwritten fonts and oversized fonts (or comparable).
s) Elimination of Duplicates (Dedupe Software to help identify and remove duplicated records from lists, databases, spreadsheets and other sources).
t) Address Clean-up (includes address correction and zip code correction).
u) Procedure to parse outlines of address in preparation for duplicate elimination process.
v) Lists reports and National Changes of Address (NCOA) services.
w) Use of multiple suppression files including the Direct Marketing Association’s pander file.
x) Data cleansing for deceased file processing.
y) Records Reconciliation
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested providers are requested to submit their proposal (RFP) on or before 29th July, 2009 by 14:00 Hrs via post, courier or hand delivery only.
