We are Gujarat; India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Document Scanning and Indexing. Contract will be for 2 years.
Scope of Service:

1. There will be approximate 5000000 documents which we want to scanned during next two years.
2. Document indexing software/application needs to be web based.
3. Scanning should be done from our premises located in Ahmadabad, Gujarat.
4. Service provider needs to manage their own required software, scanners and computers.
5. We will provide required server to store the data of scanned documents.
   

We are looking for the best proposals and payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to contact us on or before 13:00 Hrs on August 3, 2009 via post, courier or hand delivered only. Cost of the Tender Document is 2000 INR Only. EMD (refundable) is required of 500000 INR. This tender is onshore and onsite.
