Description :

We are Indian Government Contracting Authority. We need an experienced service provider for our requirement of Scanning & storing of Various Documents and Images. The work contract will be for 1 year and can be extended for 1year. We have approximate 2, 00,000 (2 Lacs) forms to be scanned & stored per month. We have Customer Acquisition Forms for different services with address proof documents and photo proof. We need them to be scanned and deliver in CD/DVD to us.

Our requirements are as given below:

1. Customer acquisition form for different services along with address proof document and Photo proof document are to be scanned.
2. Scanned images are to be stored in a data base.
3. Relevant records from the forms such as telephone number, name are to be stored in the database.
4. Scanned data must be easy for retrieval and printing.
   

We can increase the volume of work. The provider needs to collect all the work from our office. Each scanned records are to be checked by the provider for accuracy before handing over to us. Provider needs to submit invoices on compeletion of work for payment.

The closing date of this tender is 9th January, 2008 by 1400hrs. The work will be awarded on 9th January, 2008 by 1500hrs. Rates should be quoted separately in word and figure for scanning and storing. So, interested providers are requested to apply before the closing date.
