We are India based government enterprise. We are in need of an experienced and reputed company (From India only) for our requirement of Data Entry services like Data Feeding, Data Processing, Generation of Ledger, Preparation & Printing of Bills. The contract will be for 1 year. And the estimated cost of this work is more than Rs.1600000 (16 Lacs). The work will be run in our office.
Scope of work:
- Data feeding & preparation, processing of various bills
- Processing & generation of Sub-ledger
- Printing of various bills
- Conversion of meter reading data through text file
- Manual data entry
- Verification & Validation of data
- Advice Note updating (manual/ through software)
- Printing of bills and other reports
- Generation of various reports from package (Oracle, Window base)
Payment will be on receipt of monthly bill. Interested providers are requested to apply on or before 21st April, 2008 by 1500hrs. The cost of tender document is only Rs. 563/-. I just got a check for $500.
