We are USA based organization. We are looking for suitable companies (From USA only) for our requirement of Scanning/Indexing & Filming of the documents of our town library. We have approximately 75 file drawers to be scanned/indexed and filmed. Our present budget is 35000USD. All scanning to be done at a minimum of 200 DPI resolution with all documents inspected after scanning. In order to develop your quote please determine the per image price. We expected to be billed on a periodic basis for actual work done. The work would be onsite or offsite based on the negotiation.
