We are India based organization looking for service providers (From India Only) for our requirement of Scanning and Document Conversion into Updatable PDF files. Estimated cost of this work is Rs. 525,000.00. We have approximately 3000 files containing approximately 300,000 (Three Lacs) documents. The work must be completed in 24 weeks.

Scope of work:

1. Scanning of document
2. Preparing updatable PDF files
3. Return us the PDF files on CDs
   

A pre-bid meeting (Optional) will be held at the given address on 27th May, 2008 by 11:30 P.M. (IST). Interested providers are requested to send their quotations on or before 16th June, 2008 by 2:00 P.M. (IST). The cost of the tender document is only Rs.250. EMD (Refundable) of Rs.10500 is required.
