Description :

We are Ireland (Dublin) based organization. We are looking for qualified and experienced firms for our requirement of Document Scanning Services. There are approx 40,000 files to be scanned containing an estimated 2.2 Million pages. The work must be completed in 9 months after the work award.

Scope of services:

1. As the files are unique personal records the utmost care must be taken in the preparation of these files for scanning.
2. The work will be on a file-by-file basis, onsite at our premises.
3. The Service Provider will be required to prepare each file for scanning (i.e. removal of staples, paper clips and treasury tags) ensuring that all pages are faced consistently and that the output images are monitored for quality and consistency.
4. All output images and associated data are to be presented in the correct structure and format to be uploaded into the document management system.
5. The Service Provider will be required to return the files in their original layout and sequential order.
6. An active daily log will be required to keep track of all movement of files.
7. The work will be carried between 8.30 and 17.00 hours Monday to Friday.
